Credit Card Planning Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Job holder is responsible for Credit Card Dispute and Chargeback operation process, handling more complex investigations and providing guidane and recommendation. Identifying fraud trends and enhancing risk rules monitoring for credit card. Performing daily/monhtly/quarterly report and related report regarding these activities.
Key duties and responsibilities
Risk Rule Monitoring (40%)
- Working closely with relative departments to overseas and perform investigations regarding actual and suspicous fraud activities, proving oversight and appropriate resolution to the business units.
- Proactively assisting in oversight of a risk rule, risk monitoring report using data extraction, data analystic and management reporting.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly management report of all activities, including fraud cases, recovery, risk rules monitoring.
- Preparing and analyzing internal and external fraud loss data report and monitoring risk management activities
- Identifying fraud trends from Mastercard Fraud Trend Updated report or from other banks/ companies and assisting management in development and implemetation of risk rules in the system
Credit Card Dispute and Chargeback (20%)
- Reviewing the claim cases, documents provided by cardholder, transaction details in the system and give the advice whether to process or deny a claim.
- Support team members in analyzing dispute case if any suspicious fraud transaction.
- Identifying possible fraud, or customer fraudulent and cooperate with related department to solve the cases.
Operations
process (20%)
- Join- in to do testing for system/product and service enhancement
- Prepare and update credit card operations process and work closely with relative department to ensure operations support are addressed on new system.
Other ad- hoc tasks (20%)
- Prepare and make analysis report or data to support for Credit Card Product enhancement
- Make Mastercard quarterly report and submit to Mastercard
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of department/division

Job Requirements
Qualification
- University Degree majored in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Administration.
Work Experience
- 4- 5 years working experience in credit card operations, credit card fraud and chargeback.
Knowledge
- Card fraud trend identification, update changing of risk monitoring rules,
- Card payment system, process, technology (Knowledge of MasterCard Fraud and Chargeback regulations and processes are preffered)
- Generating multiple reports on credit card transaction and usage, merchants, fraud case analysis.
