Stock & Sales Management:
To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store.
Responsible for Online storage in store and its organization.
To ensure an effective replenishment and complete orders in line with the company guidelines.
To be responsible for the RFID and it’s devices.
To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the Country Manager to reach budget.
Responsible for the stockrooms organization.
To demonstrate understanding of commercial tools to be able to support the Store Director
To be aware of what is new in the delivery, what is expected on the next one and to manage the product available in the shop floor and stockroom accordingly.
Product/Commercial/Visual Management:
Analyze daily business information & data and reacts to it accordingly.
Ensure shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures.
Work alongside the management team to ensure that the best RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) practice is in place at all times.
Control product level in the store.
Be in charge of planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/ weekly/ seasonal manner.
Customer Service:
To understand and reinforce the company return policy.
To follow the requirement of customer service consistently and drive the team to ensure that these requirement are maintained across the store.
To ensure a high level of customer service is offered in the store leading by example.
To train the team in providing excellent customer service and follow up the requirements consistently.
To solve and manage customer issues as they arise and thrive for Customer satisfaction.
Drive, monitor and support customer service action plans.
Store Procedures:
To support the Store Director to comply with the Health & Safety policy and responsibilities.
To support the Store Director in completing the Security Checklist and the General Services Guide and to ensure that all security procedures are followed in the store.
To participate in the planning and manage the process of the stock take and sales preparation.
To manage and oversee the complete of delivery process across the assigned stores and to react to unexpected circumstances when necessary.
People Management:
To be responsible for the training of the delivery and stockroom teams.
To be involved in the recruitment process in the store.
To coordinate the Management Meetings and encourage staff participation.
To deliver exceptional customer service and drive the team to ensure that minimums are maintained across the store.
To prepare monthly rotas, daily planners and holidays according to business needs.
To support the Store Director in implementing the Company policies & effective hours management.
Health & Safety:
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an incident happens.
Be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
To know who the appointed First Aiders are in the store and to understand and promote the role of Health & Safety Champion.
