WORKING PLACE – WORKING TIME
Lacàph is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the position of Customer Service and Support Coordinator at our Roastery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external coordination across all channels, acting as a bridge between the Sales team and the Roastery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating delivery timelines, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMLacàph Roastery- No. 75 Street No. 2 Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City
PRIMARY DUTIES
Report to the Roastery Supervisor on a regular basis, providing updates on sales orders, delivery status, and customer feedback;
Coordinate with the production team to track delivery timelines and ensure duly fulfillment of orders;
Assist with various tasks as assigned, including administration, reporting, inventory management, logistics coordination, and export documentation
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times;
Receive e- commerce orders, track and monitor the fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately;
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction;
Provide consultations and support for customers through e- commerce channels, addressing queries and concerns promptly;
Serve as the main contact point for customer inquiries, feedback, and communication, redirecting them to the appropriate sales channels as needed;Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
