Customer Service Engineer (Nightshift)

• Log analysis and other proprietary tools analyze problems and develop solutions for customer needs.
• Collaborates on cross- team and cross- product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
• Attends readiness training and non- technical training to ensure that they become proficient in support topics. Product/Process Improvement.
• Review issues and contact global customers to understand problems via audio call/email. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue.
AVAILABLE TO WORK FIXED NIGHT SHIFT ON- SITE (10PM- 7AM)

• Open to fresh graduates or junior- level candidates.
• 5 days work week, 2 unfixed days off
• Strong proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher)
• A customer- focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts (10 PM- 7 AM)
• A genuine passion for IT and a desire to grow within the industry.

• 12 days of annual leave, and 8 days of sick leave.

• Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from 18 to 24 million VND gross (excluding 30% night shift bonus)
