Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of bTaskee- answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every user. You will interact directly with customers through social media and digital channels and play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Identify and report user issues during service usage and coordinate timely solutions;
Provide product/service consultations and help users resolve their concerns using customer service tools;
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless service operations;
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media and online platforms;
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to persuade, negotiate, troubleshoot, and manage unexpected situations calmly;
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role;
Good command of English communication (verbal & written);
Clear, friendly, and easy- to- listen voice with polite and effective communication skills;
High level of carefulness, responsibility, and reliability in work;
Have a personal laptop.
