Sales & Customer Service Officer

Work with Customer/ Supplier to negotiate contents related to Contract, Price, Terms and Trading Conditions;
You will play a key role in handling customer’s inquiries, resolving issues, providing proactive outreach and managing complaints.
Coordinate with the related departments to synthesize order information, support Logistics including transportation, forwarding;
Prepare documents related to Customer and business activities including Quotation, Purchase Order, Contract, the supporting documents for payment;
Process Purchases Order, support Sales Staff, and handle Customer Request;
This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects from concept through production.
Prepare project documents and reports as required, under the guidance of Sales Staff;

Plan to carry out the content of the ongoing projects worked with Partners and Customers;

Presentation, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field;
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Willingness to learn and a strong desire for personal and professional growth
Prefer in technical, industrial, automation field.
Good understanding of the market and products in the industry.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Understand customer psychology.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
