Customer Service Executive/ Chuyên viên Chăm sóc khách hàng

Take care for customers of the company
Handle customer complaints by providing solutions in a timely manner to ensure the customer is satisfied

Coordinate with Sales and production team to schedule Shippers to deliver the orders to customer sites on time.

Identify customers’ needs and requirements in order to recommend the appropriate product or service to upsell

Keep good record of all inquiries/problem and our actions so they are easy to find later.

Work with colleagues from production and sales when necessary to resolve customer complaints

Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes

Develop a deep understanding of the products in order to answer questions from customers quickly

Do regular surveys with customers to understand their level of satisfaction with our products and services

Bachelor degree in subject English, business administration, or economic.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service position.
Sharp and agile thinking. Not afraid to work in a diverse and challenging environment.
Able to communicate in English.
