Customer Service Executive - Travel App (Total Income Up To 13 Million)

Working 25 days/ month, 5- 6 days/ week.
Performing day- to- day operational activities in customer service of call center.
Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivity.
Receive calls from customers and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone/Email/Chat/App.
Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project.
Giving excellent services to customers.
Service Time: 24/7, rotate shifts from 6 AM – 9 PM, night shift from 9 PM – 6 AM (average 3–5 night shift/month).

Graduation from College or above.
Having experience in call center/contact center or travel industry is a plus.
Willing to work on weekends, national holidays,… if needed.
At least 6 months experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide.
Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including).
Able to work under pressure and in a large team.
Always bring a positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers.
Discipline, honesty, critical and high initiative.
Communicative English (Preferably with TOEIC 450- 560 or IELTS 5.5 above).

Gross Salary: 10.000.000 VND (included basic salary & Meal, Transportation allowances).

Salary increases once/year.
Other allowances: Parking Fee & Night Shift (if any)
KPI bonus up to 2.000.000 VND/ month.
13th month salary.
