Customer service manager

Ensure SKUs information, pricing are updated on company system
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of key customer accounts, handle customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi- tasking skills
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client- facing and communication skills
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager
- Customer service orientation
- Working knowledge of customer service in furniture or manufactory
- Proficiency in English
Experience:
- 3 years and above
