We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service (Hanoi) to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service via Omnichannel Platforms:
• Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, web chat, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media channels.
• Conduct follow- up calls to inform customers about further responses or to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
• Adhere to communication scripts when addressing various topics, aiming to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining consistent, excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and deliver appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Record all customer interactions in a clear and organized manner in the call center database.
Receptionist Duties:
• Welcome and assist customers, partners and visitors professionally and courteously at the front desk.
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner to reflect a professional image of the company.
• Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department and manage correspondence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong problem- solving, listening and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service/reception/call center /omnichannel sales.
• College/University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities, time management skills, the ability to multitask and work diligently.
