Customer Service & Planner / CSKH Và Kế Hoạch

- Collaborate with other departments to involve in continuous improvement idea study & implementation.
- Control of customer orders & relevant information related to sales.
- Maintain frequent & effective communication with customers, ensure that all information/requirements are exchanged timely & accurately from both sides.
- Other required tasks from direct supervisor.
- Summarize & analyse forecast demand for each customer. Collaborate with relevant departments to analyse & prepare necessary capacity/resources… in order to meet required demand.
- Follow up production progress to ensure on time delivery.
- Transfer customer orders with respective delivery plan to Production & other relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Plan for master production schedule based on customer demand received & delivery dates committed.
- Maintain material prices, customer part numbers… refreshed frequently & timely.
- Responsible for receiving orders & forecasts from customers
- Timely update customer’s orders & forecasts into SAP system.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong capability in Microsoft Office software.
- Data analysis skill
- Preferably former experience in Supply Chain or Sales/Customer service environment, but not mandatory Working experience with SAP system is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic/Technology
- Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English
