Customer Service/ Sales Support (Logistics-Forwarder)
Mô tả công việc
- Update rates & schedules to customers/ agents.
- Tracking, Monitoring, Resolving arising issues if any.
- Check freight (O/F, A/F, door to door based on Incoterms) with carriers/co- loader/agent, etc. for import/export shipments.
- Liaise with customers & related teams (docs, ops, acc) to carry out shipments smoothly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Handle shipments: get booking, verify cargo details, update schedules, coordinate with OPS team to arrange trucking & customs clearance in timely manner.
- Follow up key customers to provide company’s services/products, prepare quotation & contract for customer.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational & time management skill.
- At least 02 years experience at a similar role in Logistics- Freight Forwarding/ Trading company, have solid knowledge of Incoterms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem- solving skills
- Good at English, especially writing & communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import- Export, Logistics or related fields.
- Proactive, responsible, detail- oriented.
