Customer Service Supervisor (Sales Delivery)

Job Summary : To supervise the Sales Order team in order to ensure strong support for sales in goods delivery, coordinate with other departments for company Business running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with the team to consistently meet targets
Manage teams in the workplace.
Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on- time delivery to customers.
Create accurate orders in the system and provide timely updates to customers regarding any order changes.
Support customers on the digital platform.
Create tickets on the SNOW platform for orders in Credit lock.
Ensure that all order- related information is collected and entered into SAP promptly.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Check and provide feedback to the Commercial team on low or negative GP margin, available inventory, inventory allocation, and credit issues (overdue or over credit limit) for order processing approval.

Experience : 5 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field
Strong Leadership Abilities.
Experience working for a chemical distributor or manufacturer is an advantage.
Being self- motivated to take initiative and innovate when necessary.
Age : 30+
At least 1 year in a team leadership role.
Experience with SAP systems
Sex : M/F
Others : The ability to work well under severe pressure.
Fluent in English
Education : Relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree
Empathy and the ability to handle situations flexibly.
