- In charge of got booking, documents with carrier/vendor for the Sales export / import goods.
- Input data of shipment to company system & make daily report to management.
- Problem Resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Operation Manager / Sales Manager when there are service issues
- Submit SI/VMG/Manifest
- Get support from colleagues and direct management.
- Coordinate with other departments (Vendor/ Operations/ Accountant Dept) during order processing

- Coordinate with other departments (Vendor/ Operations) during order processing
- Checking custom clearance sheet, Track shipment schedule of shipment...
- Input data of shipment to company system & make daily report to management.
- Get support from colleagues and direct management.
- In charge of China customer at Factory for proceed document about C/O, customs clearance, trucking ...

- Customer oriented, willing to study & hard working.
- Careful and honest
- Have experience in Logistics is a plus.
- Good command of written/ spoken in Chinese is a plus
- Good communication, Ms. Office, problem solving.
