Customer Services Executive (Ieg Center)

- Perform tasks as assigned by Line Manager
- Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to IEG’s Centre
- Efficient & high quality implementation of customer care at the Center, responsible for customer care to all internal and external customers.
- Regularly take care of IEG Partner as assigned by Board of Director
- Regularly take care of students and ask for parents’ feedbacks.
- Receive and respond to complaints from parents and students.
- Participate in Center’s events.

- Good communication and problem- solving skill
- Good customer care skill and be able to work in a team
- Understanding on customer needs.
- 1 year experience in service quality and customers care
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, etc...)
