Customer Services Supervisor

Cooperate with PD team for sample development, preparing quotation for commercial team reviewing and sending to client.
Work with Purchasing team to order special materials in advance to shorten lead time as required.
Direct & train team member about MRP/RSC system, customer’s system, processes, and workflows.
Support team to communicate with customers & internal departments where necessary.
Act as the single point of contact on order management.
Provide quick & effective service to satisfy customers.
Work with Compliant and QA team on all the testing needs and quality standard of products.
Prepare weekly sale/shipment/stock reports/meeting agenda to have meeting with Commercial team on every Tuesday.
Cooperate with all related department to manage customer’s orders shipping on time.
Plan & manage customer visits. Accompany customer during the tour when required.
Support Commercial team to prepare for the quotation when necessary.
Communicate with customers for Sales Orders. Share with S&OP team to book factory capacity.
Other tasks assigned by Managers & commercial Team.
Set objectives, review, and appraise KPI for team member annually.
Update order book & Sale forecast for Sonder.
Supervise & instruct team member to update system/loading & booking plan correctly.

Computer skill and/or software: Excellent
Understanding of management skill
Comprehensive knowledge of furniture industry, MRP/ERP & RSC system, sale order process.
English level: Excellent
of general work experience: 5- 10 years
of related work experience: 5 years
