Job Description:

Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with the preparation of customer success reports, including metrics analysis and trend identification.
Conduct regular internal team check- ins to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any concerns.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to develop and implement customer success strategies that enhance project progress and team performance.
Coordinate project deliverables with internal teams such as Business Development, Technical, Finance and Legal to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Manage project leads by providing ongoing support, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Support the Customer Success Team in developing training materials and delivering training sessions to new customers.

Requirement:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights from it.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You are a junior/senior/fresher of university in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
