Customer Success Internship

- Provide recommendations for enhancing customer service.
- Create user manuals and develop on- screen tutorials for software products.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customers&039; technical issues.
- Undertake other minor tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Submit support outcomes and FAQs to the manager.
- Collect user feedback and review marketplace responses.
- Manage complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution in accordance with company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Address customer inquiries through live chat, marketplace platforms, and emails.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer support experience is a plus.
- Good English writing and reading skills.
