Customer Support - B2B (English)

Verify documents and ensure all the applied information is accurate with the registration business; Support process orders on system.
Coordinate with Technical teams for solving problems (regarding server / system issues, bugs fixing...)
Support processing and making purchasing order / Balance sheet monthly.
Manage Promotion / Invoice / Payment of Partners
Support Sales Team in administration works to make sure that Sales activities go smoothly.
Ensure all tasks are done within required time frame set out by department procedure.
Other tasks as assigned.
Support customers concerns, issues, inquiries related to SSL certificates: validation, technical issues (will be trained).

Ability to work independently or in a team to solve all the requests and other diverse issues from customers
Have experience in IT field is a big plus
From 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Can communicate in an English- speaking environment
Bachelor Degree in related field
Problem solving, speed at work and learning attitude
