Customer Support (English)

OT & night shifts at home
Working Address: 40 Thiên Phước street, ward 9, Tân Bình district, Ho Chi Minh city
Slot: 5
Can work overtime and night shifts as the customers are foreigners. (Night shifts with 150% salary)
Hours & Availability: Full Time (8h – 17h30 Mon – Fri & every other Saturdays).
Objective:

Provide pricing and delivery information
Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.
Write and post information to Social networks
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. Handle and resolve customer complaints

Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+ or relevant
Candidates must possess Bachelor&039;s degree
(University Degree) in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
Ability to work under pressure, Good problem solving.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, communication skills.
