Customer Support Executive

Advise customers on solutions when using eCommerce and Shopify
Transfer technical problems, request customizing for the development team, ensure the quality of work to deliver to customers.
Conduct other tasks assigned
Work with various teams
Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use Shopify Theme
Receive requests and answer questions from customers through freshdesk, skype, live chat
Updates to customers on the status of processing requests

Fluent in English (IELTS, TOEIC certificate is preferable)
Good teamwork and Quick learner
22- 25 years old
Ready to support clients on different timezone
Have experience about Technology, Ecommerce, Marketing at least 6 months is preferable
Require Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Critical Thinking Skill
