Daily Tasks
Data Collection: Gather detailed information about customer backgrounds.
Information Comparison: Review traveler information against their payment details.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via email and phone to collect necessary information.
The team leader will assign your task at the beginning of the shift.
Collecting and documenting customer information accurately.
Comparing traveler details with payment records to ensure alignment.
Communicating with customers via email and phone to collect information.
Collect and check customer data.
Report to the team leader about completed tasks at the end of the shift.
Yêu cầu công việc
Able to use basic Excel/Google Sheet formulas.
Good proficiency in English/French/Italian/Spain.
Able to work part- time in non- standard working hours (12 PM- 9 PM).
Minimum 20 hours/week.
Able to prepare own working devices such as laptop, headphones, and mouse.
Interview Process
There will only be one round of interviews.
The in- person interview will last around 45 to 60 minutes.
During the interview, there will be a language test including communication and writing email.
You are not required to bring your laptop or personal documents.
