Data Analyst

Work closely with Anfin’s Growth and Product team, leading the design and development of A/B testing
Suggest improvements/ recommendations based on the data insights to help business achieve the short term and long- term goal
Design and implement an independent framework for answering analytics questions
Work with the Product team to evaluate the metrics to be monitored
Conduct reports/ dashboards to track the changes in key important metrics (retention, churn, feature usage, email CTRs) and present to various stakeholders
Support training for stakeholders to employ data analytics skills and tools

Experience with Product Analytics Platform (Google Analytics)
Experience with Python programming language
Experience with Visualization Tools (Google Data Studio, etc.)
Proficient use of SQL (MySQL, Bigquery)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
At least 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst/ Data Scientist with the core product team
Strong analytical skills (collect, organize, analyze, and convert raw data into insights)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Has performed test statistics (A/B test) on product features
Experience with building Data Pipelines (Airflow), Google Cloud Platform is a plus
