RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production data collection & processing
- Collect data from sources
- Clean, transform, and organize raw data in preparation for analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Data analyzing
- Apply statistical, mathematical, and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights
- Use data analysis tools and software
- Deep analysis to find the root cause of problems or opportunities
Data visualization
- Visually represent data through easy- to- understand charts, graphs, and dashboards
- Communicate findings and insights from data clearly and effectively to different audiences
Giving recommendations, decision support
- Support managers and other stakeholders in making strategic and operational decisions
- Interpret the meaning of analytical results and make data- based recommendations
Building reporting
- Prepare detailed reports on the analysis process and results
Attend projects as assign by manager
- Role: project team leader or team member
- Kind of project: improvement, investment
Manage quick & easy Kaizen program:
- Enhance the colleagues to attend this program
- Get the improvement ideas from all colleagues
- Hold the meeting to give “thank you” coins for people who give ideas every 03 months
5S program
- Support & cooperate with colleagues to maintain & improve 5S at workshop
- Train 5S for new workers
- Yearly make & follow action plan for 5S program
- Weekly assess and report 5S at workshop
- Yearly train 5S for all workers
Other tasks
- Support to manage the factory data acquisition (BDE) program
- Assist other departments to implement 5S
- Weekly check the factory infrastructure to propose corrective & preventive actions
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields
manufacturing environment
Experience in 5S and improvement projects is required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Experience required in a
Technical Skills
Strong data analysis and problem- solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI / SQL / Python is a plus
Excellent reporting, presentation, and communication skills
Strong analytical and proactive mindset
English communication
