Data Analyst

Data Analysis:

Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover hidden insights within the data.
Translate complex data findings into understandable insights.
Present these insights effectively to inform strategic decisions.
Develop databases and continuously monitor tables to support operational efficiency.
Analyze key operational indicators, customizing insights to departmental requirements.
Produce detailed operational reports in response to management requests.
Employ statistical methods for rigorous data analysis and validation.

Data Interpretation and Reporting:

Interpret and communicate complex data findings to non- technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to present insights and recommendations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.

Database Management:

Extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Maintain databases and data systems necessary for analytics.

Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Good logical and critical thinking, willing to go extra miles and learning new things
Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Result- oriented and get things done mindset.
At least 3- years of experience in a Data Analyst role in product companies, Ecommerce domain is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Have a good business mindset, love to solve business questions and eager to make impact

Annual leaves: 12 days per year
