Data Analyst

Data Collection and Processing:
Collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources, including user interactions, learning activities, and system logs.
Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and workflows to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights and predictive models.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Business Intelligence and Decision Support:
Provide analytical support and guidance to inform strategic decision- making processes, such as product enhancements, user engagement initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement based on data- driven insights and feedback loops.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to product usage, user engagement, and educational outcomes.
Data Governance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices, such as GDPR and COPPA, in the collection, storage, and usage of sensitive information.
Implement data governance frameworks and policies to maintain data security, confidentiality, and integrity.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non- technical audiences.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with SQL databases, data warehousing, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes through data- driven approaches.
Proven experience (3 years) as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
