Data Analyst BPO-Japanese

Overview:
We are looking for an data analyst with basic level on Japanese, to approach the customer in Japan market. A data analyst collects, analyze and stores data on online shopping, market research, logistics, bank, ..... They bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data then process it in ways to help people, businesses and organization make better decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Making risk reports, check the safety card using for end- user when shopping online
Analyze, cut and paste the information from web to excel
Research missed information from Google, Bing ....add missing items to customer’s database
Follow defined method of research for different clients to validate business and professional documentations such as business license, professional certification, medical records etc.

Document the finding by analyze to collected info, validate against clients requirements and capture/document the info by typing, capture image, cut and paste the information from web to client system (Excel, Google Sheet or other platforms)

Skills:

Fast typing, copy & paste on the computer
Basic Japanese at N3 level or higher
Good in English comprehension
Ability to synthesize and analyze data
Able to work with different languages (reading only, can use Google translate)
Be careful, hard- working
