Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable insights.
Promote data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with enterprise data standards.
Act as a Data Product Owner: manage product backlog, write user stories, and lead implementation with engineering teams.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and Apache Superset.
Analyze, clean, and model data from cloud- based and on- premise sources (AWS, GCP or similar cloud platforms).
Lead or support user training sessions, create documentation, and foster a data- driven culture across business units.
Work with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to manage customer insights and segmentation logic.
Collaborate with C- level executives to define priorities, align on business objectives, and propose execution roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
Experience working with AWS data stack (Glue, Athena, S3, Redshift….), GCP or similar cloud platforms.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data processing and analytics.
Proficient in BI tools: Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and/or Superset,….
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data product development.
Experience collaborating with C- level leaders and business stakeholders.
Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications
Experience in data governance, data quality frameworks
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP ERP or other major systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce , etc.).
Familiarity with data warehouses, CDPs, or operational data stores in large enterprise settings.
Knowledge of modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, Fivetran is a plus.
Experience with Data Product Management tools: DataHub, Collibra, Atlan, or similar open- source/enterprise- grade data catalog & lineage tools.
Understanding of the Vingroup ecosystem or similar diversified business groups (e.g., real estate, retail, automotive, healthcare, etc.).
Agile/Scrum experience (JIRA, Confluence).
