Data Analyst

Supply Chain Analysis & Optimization:

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on supply chain performance and initiatives.
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
Review key inventory target and communicate to other related stakeholders to ensure KPIs.
Implement strategies for inventory optimization and reduction of obsolescence.
Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes and procedures.

Data Analysis, Interpretation and Visualization:

Utilize supply chain management software and tools to improve visibility and control over supply chain operations.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and assess their applicability to the organization&039;s supply chain.
Use statistical methods and software tools to interpret complex data sets.
Collect and analyze data from various sources to understand supply chain performance.

Project Management:

Initiate, set up plans and timelines; coordinate and follow up with cross- functional departments to drive the projects.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Actively communicate the objectives & progress to the stakeholders based on aligned success metrics, deep- dive on arising issues and take reaction plans to ensure high- quality deliverables at a timely manner.

3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Business/Data Analytics. Retail Supply Chain and/or E- commerce experience is highly valued.
Great attention to detail, strong analytical and data story- telling sense with a “Continuous Improvement” mindset.
Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.
Willing to learn, thrive in a fast- paced environment and have a can- do attitude
Advanced MS Office is compulsory. Be fluent in at least one query/code language (R, MySQL & Python are preferred).
Good at time management, teamwork, and multitasking. Have strong ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Data Analytics.
