Data Analyst / Workforce Management Supervisor

- Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth
- Ensure the Workforce Management team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs"
- Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies
- Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations
- Adhere to all ethical and equity when managing WFM Specialists and various department inquiries
- Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations
- Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models

- Analytical skills, ability to research and resolve complex issues that support business objectives. Contact Center workforce management process knowledge.
- Experience in RTA, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, and Forecasting
- Have an excellent communication
- High level written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collate and present meaningful reports.
- Good english
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Spreadsheets (excel online)
