Data Analytics Supervisor

The Data Analytics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing data analysis related to legal compliance and operational efficiency, utilizing tools like Excel and Power BI to generate insights and reports. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to regulations, optimizing data management systems, and providing training to team members.
Job Duties:
Data Analysis & Compliance Monitoring:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret legal and compliance data across various departments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to synthesize information for decision- making.
Data System Management:
• Ensure seamless integration with the Group’s common data system.
• Develop and propose improvements to enhance data security and compliance with legal standards.
• Evaluate and optimize the current information system for effective data management.
Compliance Support & Risk Management:
• Provide data- driven insights to support internal compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Assist in implementing strategies to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Work closely with Internal Control and Legal teams to evaluate compliance risks.
Reporting & Dashboard Development:
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to key stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools to streamline compliance analysis.
Employee Guidance & System Utilization:
• Train employees on using compliance tools and information systems efficiently.
• Maintain and update standards, processes, and policies related to compliance data management.
Legal Documentation & Policy Enforcement:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure corporate compliance.
• Support company- wide initiatives to align operations with legal requirements.

• Prefer candidates with 3- 5 years of experience in data analysis, legal support, or compliance, especially in the FMCG sector.
• Experience in compliance monitoring or legal risk assessment.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Law, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Capable of organizing, securing, and optimizing legal and compliance data systems.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics Tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Experienced in coordinating compliance- related projects and ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
• Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.
