Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop, maintain, and improve ETL pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and ML workflows.
Contribute to small- scale ML/AI experiments (e.g., forecasting, classification, clustering, recommendation) to support decision making and automation
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
Build dashboards, KPIs, and periodic performance reports to support Product, Ops,Business, and Strategy teams.
Work with real- time or near- real- time operational data streams to monitor performance across supply, demand, fulfillment, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must have
Understanding of statistical analysis and data validation methodologies;
Hands- on experience with Python for analysis, automation, and/or modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit- learn or equivalent);
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, and workflow scheduling (e.g., Airflow, Luigi, Prefect or equivalent);
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer/Information Technology or IT- related major;
Ability to convert analytical results into clear insights for business or product stakeholders.
Good communication and collaboration skills; proactive problem- solving mindset.
Familiarity with dashboarding/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar);
1–3+ years of experience in Data Analyst, Analytics, BI, or related roles;
Strong proficiency with SQL (analytical queries, joins, aggregations, window functions);
Nice to have
Experience with real- time data processing tools (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, or equivalent) — early exposure is acceptable.
Exposure to ML/AI topics such as classification models, forecasting, clustering, or NLP;
