Got It is seeking a motivated and organized Data Labeling Specialist to join our expanding operations team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the labeling processes and academic content development for our new AI- powered MathGPT product.
Got It is headquartered in the California Bay Area with an additional office located in Hanoi, Vietnam.

MathGPT is our newest AI- powered product with the mission to innovate how students learn and /instructors learn/teach by providing a comprehensive AI- native learning platform. Data Labeling is at the heart of it and is currently managed by the Operations team. You’ll be joining a super fun and hard- working group that is utterly passionate about our mission.
The Core Job
Work with a group of data labelers to continuously provide feedback and grow their skills
Work closely with the Operations Content Team to tackle content issues and brainstorm to improve the Data Labeling process.
Act as content auditor to check & ensure the accuracy of labeled data.
Develop/Label academic content for a group of predefined textbooks (mainly cover math subjects e.g. College Algebra, Statistics, Calculus…), with the potential to expand to science subjects e.g. Physics, Chemistry…)
You should have
Be able to communicate effectively in English, especially in reading and writing (Preferred to have IELTS >= 7.0 or TOEIC >= 850 or equivalent)
Great knowledge of Math subjects, especially Algebra, Calculus, and Statistics. Having exposure to the U.S education is a plus.
Great attention to detail.
Be familiar with basic programming languages, especially math editor tools such as latex, wiris… as part of labeling tasks will require working with coded syntax
Extra Bonus Points for
Experience working with fast- moving, agile startups.
Previous experience with data labeling.
Experience working as Developer/ QA engineer.
