Monitor preparation of pillow materials for the next shift
Responsible for the quality and presentation of bakery items
Recommend new cakes to change and improve the restaurant&039;s cake menu, increasing customer satisfaction
Directly make bakery/cakes according to the restaurant&039;s menu, at the request of diners and the chef
Monitor, check and preserve tools, freezers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves... tools used daily in the work area
Keep the baking area clean, clean the work area and tools or utensils daily and monthly as assigned by the department.
Guide and supervise the work and staff of the Bakery Kitchen Team
Perform other tasks in the bakery department as requested by superiors
Check and ensure the quality of baking ingredients
Perform other tasks as directed and arranged by superiors.

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
Experience : At least 01 years experience as a baker/pastry commis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
