Support the delivery of the infrastructure element of all Projects including enterprise system releases and upgrades. Monitor the performance of the overall infrastructure within the business environment and resolve problems or issues to minimize down- time. Lead the development of technical specifications for infrastructure services.

Efficiency plan for data backup and drill in restoring data regularly.
Responsible for IT Server Maintenance, setting up PCs, others I.T hardware (notebook, projector, network etc). Maintenance of authorized software usage and follow up the software license control system.
Identify required network hardware, software and infrastructure in line with supplier/ technology strategies. Manage the development of technical specifications for network infrastructure services, catering for multi- site requirements. Develop network infrastructure solution options, trade- offs and recommendation
Work with various key stakeholders, including project teams to create resource plans related to the delivery and management of Gamuda Land IT infrastructure, from machines to networking to data infrastructure. Define next- generation planning processes and tools to scale with Gamuda’s growth, working with other teams (i.e. Tech Architecture, Innovation, Process Enablement, Tech Ops) to define and implement data architecture and automation requirements.
Ensures proper operations of all I.T related system/ infrastructure such as: LAN, WAN, Email, PABX, Data server ...
Ensure Infrastructure services are maintained to agreed service levels, and that service levels are meeting business requirements. Complete planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. Prioritize and oversee incidents raised and resolution to minimise adverse impacts on business operations. Planning of preventative maintenance schedules and resourcing, preventative maintenance and analysis of network infrastructure incidents.
Monitor operation of PABX system
Ensure that IT systems and management processes maintain compliance to appropriate cybersecurity legislative and contractual standards, and frameworks. Continually maintain alignment of cybersecurity strategy and policies to the needs of the business and developed IT solutions. Manage IT Security Architecture and optimise solution designs that are well designed and fit- for- purpose and appropriately enable Gamuda Land’ cybersecurity posture.
Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes and standards. Implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management
Manage network/telecommunications infrastructure service delivery and operations and continuously review performance with the aim of improving services. Work with applications teams and vendors to manage the development of technical specifications for network infrastructure services, ensure the effective management, running and maintenance of the telecommunications network environment to support business operations. Resolve network infrastructure service issues and problems.
Coordination with HQ IT and support all local users to troubleshoot any issues with their machine such as laptop, PC, telephone line, network connection, internet access, email ... and other standard package softwares.
Update I.T fixed asset records, network diagram and LAN, WAN, Server Incident report frequently.
