Deputy Warehouse Supervisor (Có xe đưa đón ở TP.HCM)

- Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operation to ensure accuracy;
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
- Organize, facilitate and control stock take at a regular interval;
- Monitor stock level in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent shortage;
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded correctly;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Graduated from college or higher in business, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
- Friendly and good co- operate with other depts / related people, enthusiasm at the work anvironment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Can communicate English or Chines basic
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
