Design Lead (English Fluent)

Presale Leadership:

Lead the design strategy in the presale stage, ensuring that proposed solutions align with client needs and business goals.
Create detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets for presale opportunities.
Collaborate with sales teams and design team to estimate and create quotations for potential clients.

Project Management:

Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage team workflows to ensure efficient execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may impact project outcomes.
Oversee the end- to- end management of design projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Leadership:

Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development for team members.
Ensure alignment between the team’s creative output and client objectives.

KPI & Reporting Management:

Prepare regular reports on project status, team KPIs, and financial outcomes.
Develop and track Cost performance index (CPIs) for design projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service, maintaining long- term client relationships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Design or Business Management is a plus.
Min 2 years of experience in design industry, project management, or a similar role within the IT or creative industries.
Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion, including budget management and resource allocation.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Understanding of UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, and video production.
English speaking is a MUST.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
