JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced
DevOps Engineer
to join our DevOps team, responsible for building, operating, and optimizing the company- wide infrastructure platform and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development teams to drive automation, accelerate release cycles, and ensure the reliability and security of our production systems through these key responsibilities:
Build and operate monitoring, logging, and tracing systems to enable early detection and efficient troubleshooting.
Participate in on- call rotations to handle production incidents.
Work closely with development teams to provide DevOps best practices and continuously improve engineering workflows.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
Design, implement, and maintain highly available and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
Manage and operate production cloud infrastructure.
Support containerization and orchestration for applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and strategic thinking skills in complex, multi- project environments.
Production experience with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool: Terraform (preferred), CDK, Pulumi, or Ansible.
Proficiency in Shell and Python for scripting and building complex automation tools.
Experience deploying and operating monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
At least 3 years of hands- on experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Platform Engineer.
Proficient with Git and modern branching/merging strategies (GitFlow, Trunk- based Development).
Strong experience in building and managing release systems, code merging, promotion flows, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, CircleCI).
Hands- on experience operating production workloads on at least two of the three major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure.
Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including creating and maintaining Helm charts in production environments.
Proactive mindset, high sense of ownership, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice- to- have:
Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure, CKAD/CKA, Terraform Associate, etc.).
Experience building internal developer platforms or self- service portals.
Ability to communicate in English
Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and security best practices.
