DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an awesome DevOps Engineer with a great production mindset who will be part of our Infra team and responsible for our Financial platform with professional and high technology.
Description:
- Strictly follow all processes and best practices laid out by the team as well as contributing in developing said processes.
- Implement and build automation tools for streamlined deployments and systems updates.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to prepare and deploy "production- ready" solutions with high- security standards.
- Enhance security to build a reliable service and protect against external threats.
- Maintain a scalable infrastructure to handle rapidly growing traffic.
- Handle code deployment in all environments.
- Continuously enhance reliability, performance, and scalability of our infrastructures.
- Perform monthly security testing
- Keep improving the development environment and process.
- Take part in building a strong access control policy.
- Monitor metrics and work out improvements.
- Implementing CI/CD pipeline across multiple types of software applications and infrastructure.
- Keeping the systems running smoothly 24/7/365 and being ready to support critical systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose the encountered issues.
- Enforce infrastructure security, practice Incident Response, Security Awareness training.
- Work closely with backend engineers to keep improving the service’s performance.

Requirement:
- Experience with Linux systems, Windows Server, Microsoft ecosystem, and networking.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools and practices.
- Hands- on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes (k8s).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
- Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7/365 service environment.
- Proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Good understanding of software development and coding practices.
