Digital Marketing Executive

• Collaborate with agencies, vendor partners & Accor digital team
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns for both hotel and F&B outlets
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Manage, update and audit content of hotel website, OTAs and all online presence of Hotel Royal- MGallery
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide recommendation and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

At least 1 year experience at the same position. Experience in Hospitality is an advantage.
Fluent communication in English.
