Digital Marketing Executive (2 years experience or above)
Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company&039;s digital presence across social media platforms and the website. This role involves content planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement based on data- driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to experiment with different approaches to enhance engagement and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Website Content Management
Monitor and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company messaging.
Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn) and the company website.
Plan and schedule posts, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for each platform.
Research industry trends and competitors to inform content strategy and drive audience engagement.
Performance Analysis & Strategy Optimization
Experiment with different content formats, headlines, and posting schedules to enhance reach and impact.
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Provide data- driven recommendations to improve content strategy and optimize digital presence.
Track and analyze engagement metrics across social media and website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, social media analytics dashboards).
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and brand awareness.
Analyze ad performance, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize reach and impact.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Develop actionable insights to refine digital marketing efforts and improve online presence.
Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.
