Digital Marketing Executive (Facebook Ads)

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Plan, execute, track, and optimize digital campaigns to achieve KPIs with optimal costs.
• Identify root causes of issues in daily channel operations and develop practical solutions and new processes/workstreams to improve them.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization.
• Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for e- commerce websites, including a detailed action plan and budget to ensure user acquisition and retention align with business objectives and targets.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
• Thrives in a fast- paced, high- growth, startup environment.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and the ability to work efficiently with limited resources.
• Creative and innovative mindset to identify different initiatives that could improve user experience and maximize user activation.
• Proven track record of creating and managing successful Facebook Ads campaigns that drive significant ROI.
• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with hands- on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Affiliate Marketing platforms. Specifically, must have at least 2+ years of experience running Facebook Ads for e- commerce websites.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
