Get understanding of how all digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan, including paid search and social
Familiar with inbound marketing tools, such as: email marketing, CMS, CRM,...
Enhance customer experiences through personalized digital strategies.
Conduct research on market trends, audiences and end- to- end consumer journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
Other task assigned by line manager.
Manage our online presence across websites, social media, and mobile apps.
Stay updated with digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
Coordinate with both internal and external teams to organize and ensure high levels of campaign performance, lead and enrollment are delivered

Knowledgeable of digital analytics, web and social media metrics.
Good command of both Vietnamese and English.
Demonstrated experience managing Facebook ads, Chatbot, Messenger ads, other types of popular social media marketing.
At least 3 years working experience in a similar field.
Minimum Bachelor Degree.
Solid understanding of budget and performance optimization.
