Digital Marketing Executive

You will…

Your primary responsibilities include:

DIGITAL MARKETING: You will take care of our digital channels and use the digital tools to boost E2’s branding and support the sales team.

• Plan the digital ads for the company’s activities following the Marketing directions and manage the implementation;


• Manage the digital marketing budget to make sure all activities of the company are supported under the approved budget;


• Weekly and monthly report on the digital performance;


• Acquire insight into the online marketing trends and keep the strategies up-to-date;


• Support other team members in generating leads through online channels;


• Support DS on the system side to make sure data are digitized and recorded properly;


• Be responsible for achieving the team's targets with all team members;


• Digital advertising:
  
  
  
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of the digital marketing strategies including Facebook, GDN, newsletters, landing pages, communities/forums, SEO, and other online channels;
  
  
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of customer acquisition and lead generation through online channels;
  
  
  • Work with digital third parties (website, digital ads, SEO... agencies) to make sure all digital activities follow the Marketing timelines;

  • Keep the corporate website and other landing pages run smoothly and updated;
  
  
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.);
  
  
  
  

OTHERS: Besides your primary tasks, you are also a team-player who will support the Marketing members and others to achieve our Marketing objectives.

• Assist with the overall marketing plan and strategy;


• Ensure marketing activities and marketing materials follow the brand guidelines;


• Create collateral and liaise with customers for digital marketing and seasonal branding event planning;


• Other tasks assigned by the Head of the Department.

(*) Up to 10% of the work assigned may fall out of the JD to support ad hoc projects, cross department activities, or growth initiatives.

You have…

These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you have them all:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar position;


• Good English skills in writing and communication;


• Experience in digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Google AdWord, etc.;


• Knowledge about MailChimp, WordPress, Plugins and Templates Manageable, Social Network Integration;


• Team spirit, proactiveness, organization skill and creativity.
