Digital Marketing Executive (Product Proptech)

Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution, engagement and response
Define and build segmented target audiences based on customer/user insight and data
Define, analyze and optimize on important metrics for paid media performance. Set goals, track, and present digital campaign reports ensure delivery and optimizations for maximum ROI
Research Facebook Groups for business support
Other duties as assigned
Synthesize business goals into achievable digital metrics to develop cross- channel digital marketing campaign strategies for both B2B and B2C clients
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for social media platforms as needed
Lead and manage paid media strategy (social media, paid search engine, display, retargeting) for various channels to build brand awareness, generate sales and qualified leads
Stay up to date with the latest paid media best practices and technologies. Brainstorm and collaborate with team on new ideas, tactics to bring the most effective ads to market
Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation

Analytical mindset, problem- solver, time management and organization skills
3+ years of digital marketing experience with history of producing quantifiable results, including but not limited to demand generation, inbound marketing, digital advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and reporting and analytics
Possesses a Bachelor&039;s degree
Be a trustworthy and accountable team member
Hands- on experienced in popular tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush,...
Good knowledge and experience in property, technology industry is a plus
