We are seeking a competitive Digital Marketing Junior who will work across departments to develop and execute the digital marketing plan and be self- directed.
The main areas of focus are:
• Website: 15%
• Strategy, analytics, administration, and delivery: 10%
• Email marketing: 5%
• Content creation (including graphics and videos): 30%
• Social media management: 15%
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 20%
• PPC advertising: 5%
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the project manager and strategy owner for SEO campaigns to develop and implement a strategy to continually improve the SEO of client webpages
• Serve as the social media strategy owner to help gain followers, and drive engagement, conversions, and consistency across all social channels
• Research and analyze digital and social campaign performance by providing quarterly updates to the Marketing team and various business units about the progress of campaigns related to their goals
• Monitor and analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as project manager for the corporate website and work with internal stakeholders and the web developer to plan and strategize on website updates and evolution to increase traffic and conversions
• Serve as the project manager for the Google AdWords campaigns to ensure optimal campaign performance and that the budget is utilized appropriately
• Research backlink opportunities including anchor text, keywords, and pages to link to.
• Conduct regular site audits, track, and report on key SEO metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Utilize all analytic tools necessary such as SEO software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager to make informed decisions on all web and digital advertising strategies
• Develop and execute effective local SEO strategies for global business websites, including on- page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.
• Assist in managing email campaigns to ensure the client brand, and messaging are used consistently
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
• Write high- quality, engaging, and optimized content for blogs and websites for our clients using PageOptimizerPro and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Google Bard.
