Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across Facebook and Google Ads platforms to achieve business goals.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively across campaigns. Monitor spending to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ad Creation: Create compelling and effective ad copy, visuals, and video content for campaigns. Ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for target audiences.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Staying Updated: Keep up- to- date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising and apply this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies. Implement findings to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives. Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance. Optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Targeting and Segmentation: Identify and define target audiences. Use data and insights to segment audiences and tailor ad campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Experience: At least 2 year experiences with export products required.
• Creativity: Ability to create engaging and persuasive ad copy and visuals.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., Tiktok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Experience in e- commerce advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and its integration with paid advertising strategies.
• Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
