Digital Marketing Specialist

Marketing:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns using a variety of channels.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services and increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure an effective marketing strategy.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors and identify new business opportunities.

Digital Marketing:

Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies for effective targeting and engagement.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data- driven decisions.
Use digital channels like social media, email marketing, and online advertising to reach and engage your target audience.
Support relevant departments regarding products, campaigns and information transmitted on social networks and websites

Customer experience:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication channels
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify process improvement opportunities.

Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
A proactive and self- motivated attitude with a passion for marketing and continuous learning.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline.
Proven track record of 3- 4 years of experience in a marketing role, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities and achievements.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
Creative thinking and problem- solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
Results- oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving marketing objectives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
