We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and developing all of our digital marketing channels to acquire new advertisers, publishers, and Key Opinion Consumers/Leaders (KOCs/KOLs) for our Affiliate Marketing platform.
Responsibilities:
Generate regular reports to track progress towards marketing goals and objectives.
Ability to self develop the short content for social ads/social seeding to promote the platform and its benefits.
Oversee social media presence, including content creation, community management, and engagement.
Analyze marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns for advertisers, publishers, and KOCs/KOLs.
Plan strategic plans and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including web, app, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing…
Stay up- to- date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize reach and conversions (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
Passion for affiliate marketing and the digital marketing space.
Experience with developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
Bonus points:
Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Salary: 15M- 19M + Bonus + Incentive
