Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our campaign marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve our business goals (focusing on customer acquisition). The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, be data- driven, and have a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high- quality content that drives engagement and conversion.
Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Lead Generation: Develop strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates through digital channels. Track and optimize lead acquisition journey and new customer journey.
Email Marketing
: Create, deploy, and manage email campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed for list segmentation, deliverability, and A/B testing.
SEO/SEM Optimization: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic search traffic. Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
Livestream operation: Manage all technical aspects of livestream production, ensuring high- quality video and audio output.
Marketing Automation: Work with Tech team to build marketing automation flow, utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
